   We'd like to thank you very much for everything you did for us recently. We are extremely grateful for restoring our wardrobe back to what it was before our flood, and for understanding our financial situation by your incredible thoughtfulness to work on our wardrobe doing just what it needed (and it looks great! We are very pleased!) without charging us for doing more extensive work (as we had originally agreed to) and for not simply keeping our deposit without doing anything to it at all. (December 2002) - We donated a rock collection to our local High School. This is a letter they sent to us

Dear Mr. Cyganiewicz,

I just have to write you a special thank you for restoring my black chair and making the holder of the Chinese box so beautiful.

When I bought the chair some forty years ago it was in rough shape and I tried to put it back together in some fashion so I could use it. Of course what ever I did it never held up, but I always had it in the back of my mind that someday I would find someone who could restore it completely. What you did was far beyond my expectations and with the black lacquer that Paul Hanson applied it is the beautiful chair I always invisioned. I am now finishing up the caning of the seat and will use it in the same room you remade the headboards for.

As for the holder of the Chinese box your idea of adding the molding was the perfect finishing touch for the piece. Incidentally the box has turned out to be a perfect storage place for my decent silver.

Thanks again for all the excellant work you have done on my various pieces of furniture.

I'm sure I'll have other items for you to work on in the future, knowing my love for finding the old and unusual.
